High performance floodlight
The Ledmaster marks a new era in high power LED lighting. This series has been developed to meet the most demanding requirements in sports, airport and naval docks lighting and in general for all large areas that require efficient performance and technology. Its small size and superb performance allow an almost seamless substitution of traditional projectors.
Ledmaster is more than a product, is a solution that offers multiple types of installation options to allow the preservation of existing support structures, including the latest standards in TV broadcasting and is completed by the optional DMX control platform.

Ledmaster Just
The Ledmaster Just forms one arm of the powerful Ledmastertriad. This group of products has been developed to meet the most demanding requirements in sports, airport and naval docks lighting and in general for all large areas that require efficient performance and technology. Ledmsater Just features custom-designed reflector designs and materials to deliver a superlative range of beam spreads in both symmetrical and asymmetrical configurations, designed to cover a broad range of applications.

Ledmaster Air
The Ledmaster Air forms one arm of the powerful Ledmaster triad. This group of products has been developed to meet the most demanding requirements in sports, airport and naval docks lighting and in general for all large areas that require efficient performance and technology. Ledmaster Air utilises a specialised system of lenses to delivery an optimised asymmetric 'fan' beam spread, designed to cover a broad range of applications. All Ledmaster Air versions are designed for horizontal cutoff, either in standard forward throw shallow aspect, or with an additional 10° tilt in tandem with the visor accessory.
Luminaire overview
Design
Body in die cast aluminium, with primary alloy and low copper content and rear cross-sectional cooling fins designed for optimal thermal dissipation. For its 'Integrated Driver' configuration, the cable box (body and rear cover) in die cast aluminium. For 'On Board' and 'Remote Driver configurations, the aluminium cable plate and power supply box in die cast aluminium. Aluminium castings powdercoated silver (RAL 9006). Heavy-duty, hot-dip galvanized steel fixing bracket. Gaskets in anti-aging rubber. Stainless-steel external screws.
For aiming, symmetrical versions with aluminium lateral protractor scale for tilt adjustment, asymmetrical versions with aluminium double-lateral protractor scale for tilt adjustment, with or without a visor. For more precise aiming, the Ledmaster can be requested with an easy-to-install stainless-steel sighting device; for a maximum precision it is possible to use an optional telescopic device. For smaller venues or for pre-aiming a standard mechanical sight with concentric circles can be requested
Optic
Symmetric optics custom-designed in nine different beam spreads, with vacuum-metallised technopolymer reflectors providing high efficiency and durability.
Asymmetric optics custom-designed in four different beam spreads, with three optics utilising vacuum-metallised reflectors and one optic utilising aluminium reflectors coated in purest silver. Asymmetric optics offered with a visor option to allow the raising of the peak intensity angle by 10°.
IP66 IK08 construction, with 4mm thick, extra-clear tempered glass, anti-aging rubber gaskets and Teflon pressure compensation filter to allow 'breathing' without drawing in moisture and dust.
Electrical
Ledmaster is available in different electrical and mechanical configurations, to best meet the various site requirements:
• with 'integrated' drivers: electronic drivers mounted on cable plates, easily replaceable, complete with “Plug and Play” anti-inversion system;
• with 'on-board' external drivers: IP67 electronic drivers mounted externally to the body (available only in the symmetric version);
• with 'remote' drivers: separate drivers for mounting away from the fixture (e.g. base towers, cabinets or other remote locations).
The floodlight, in any configuration, uses DALI drivers. On request, for 'on-board' external driver and 'remote' driver configurations, DMX versions can be supplied.
Standard configuration for 220-240V AC 50-60Hz supply, pfc > 0.9.
Light Source
High quality LED singlechips and multichips, with options of 5000K CRI>70, 5000K CRI>80, 5700K CRI>80 and 5700K CRI>90. All configurations are Ta35°C capable, most configurations have Ta50°C versions available also (see LEDMASTER 1 Specification Guide - link below - for effect on output and power loading in Ta50°C versions). Life expectancy of the LEDs: >70,000hr (L80 B10) and >50,000hr (L90 B10) for Ta35° versions, >50,000hr (L80 B10) for Ta50° versions.
Surge Protection
Class I: up to 10kV/20kA, both in common and differential mode as in the gear box there’s a Surge Protection Device (SPD). In the configuration with separate driver there are 4 SPDs in direct current for the protection of the LED matrixes.
In the development of LED lighting systems with Ledmaster it is essential to introduce other surge protectors in the general panel (type 1), in the area panels (type 1-2 or 2-3) and coordinate them with the surge protector of the projector.
Ledmaster Triad
