High risk correctional facility cell luminaire

Surface-mounted IP65 prison cell luminaire approved for ceiling & wall fixing, available in two linear lengths and a circular bulkhead with heavy-duty clear frosted lenses.

Luminaire overview

Design

Body constructed from 1.5mm pre-treated mild steel and powder coated to RAL9010 semi-gloss encapsulated by lens, c/w 1.2mm pre-treated and powder-coated mild steel demountable geartray.

Optic

Choice of 5mm or 8mm clear frosted lenses available for both Protectalux L and Protectalux R. The lens can withstand extreme impact making this optic IK10+

Electrical

Standard options for control are Fixed Output, DALI (DT8 for ReGen), and Casambi.

Night Light option available on Protectalux L
Night Light mode (where the option is supplied) is MelaGen® Calm.
No Night Light available on Protectalux R

Optional battery backup.
Battery backup option on Protectalux L
No battery backup option on Protectalux R.
