We're incredibly excited to be welcoming the Platek® range of products into the Versalux portfolio. If you are unfamiliar with Platek® and their impressive range of products, you will come to learn that the quality level and attention to detail is second-to-none, with a winning combination of exceptional engineering and the use of the latest technologies.
While Platek® typically market themselves as creators of products for outdoor settings, their quality and finishes mean that they can be used anywhere for an impressive lighting effect. Their use of product families mean that there's many types of applications for the same style of luminaire -the flexibilities are simply amazing.
When you do inevitably use a Platek® luminaire in an outdoor setting, the (very) low copper content in their aluminium construction means that they are right at home in harsh environments such as coastal conditions. If it's not made from aluminium, it'll be in 316 stainless steel - showing their dedication to quality and longevity.
From a commercial perspective
Platek®'s parent company - the Donati Group - have long-standing associations with many European automotive EM's, and as such there is no doubt that the precision of their manufacturing and casting processes are outstanding.
From a commercial perspective, we see many synergies between Platek® and Versalux. They're big enough to create outstanding products, but small enough to care. Their overall operation is silky smooth and it is a pleasure to be providing the Australian and New Zealand marketplaces with Platek® products.
